Client contact and business details — used to deliver contracted services. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Legitimate interest, explained. Where we rely on “legitimate interest” above, the specific interest is: to communicate with prospective clients, business partners and other individuals who contact us through the website, and to manage related business relationships. We have assessed that this processing is necessary for these purposes and does not override the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned, as only limited contact information is processed and individuals reasonably expect such processing when contacting us.
Most of the data above comes directly from you — for example, when you fill in a form. Where we obtain data about you from someone else (for example, a recruitment referral or a public professional profile), we may also obtain personal data from professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn), recruitment agencies, employee referrals, publicly available professional profiles, and existing business contacts.
