Lampa Software takes the most serious approach to the protection of personal data and strives to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the Users and ensure the protection of personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that Lampa Software located on lampa.dev can receive about the User while using the site lampa.dev, applications and services of Lampa Software.

Definition of the terms

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy: “Administration of lampa.dev” site (hereinafter referred to as Site Administrator) – authorized employees acting on behalf of Lampa Software who organize and (or) process personal data, personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such means.

Personal data of the User can be transferred to third parties in the event that these are authorized state authorities and only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of Ukraine.

Obligations of the parties

The User is obliged:

Update or supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changing this information.

The Site administration is obliged to:

Use the information received for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

To ensure the non-disclosure of information about the User without prior permission, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the personal data of the User transferred, with the exception of cl. 5.2. this Privacy Policy.

Take precautions to protect the privacy of the User’s personal data.

To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of request or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

Responsibility of the parties

In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

Settlement of disputes

In a cause of a dispute between the User of the site Lampa Software and the Site Administration, it is obligatory to file a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

The receiver of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant in writing of the claim about the results of the examination of the claim.

Additional conditions

The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without notifying the User.

The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is placed on the lampa.dev website, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
