Middle Lead Generation Manager

Responsibilities
Searching for leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, social networks, profile resources, etc.);
Networking with leads;
Participating in negotiations with clients;
Understanding of software development processes;
Automation of processes to increase quantitative indicators;
Working with the existing customer base.
Requirements
Experience in communication with foreign clients;
Upper-intermediate written and spoken English is a must;
Analytical and research skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Proactivity;
Experience with Leadgen process automation tools.
